F.lli Bucci has 60 automatic lathes divided into three standard classes:

- 36 multi-spindle
- 14 single-spindle
- 10 c.n.c.

The line of 36 multi-spindles is divided into 31 6-spindle machines and 5 with 8 spindles, with a bar stroke ranging from 12 to 63 mm in diameter, ideal for medium-high production batches.

The machines (Schutte, Gildemeister and Mori-Say) are nearly all fitted with Pietro Cucchi automatic loader.

The 14 single-spindle machines include 13 index B 60 and 1 Gildemeister GAC 65, ideal for small-to-medium production batches.

Of the 10 Biglia CNC machines, five are bar-style with a maximum diameter of 70 mm, and 5 are pick-up style with a maximum diameter of 300 mm, ideal for small-to-medium batches with very high quality.

The firm also has a CAD-CAM engineering department and can build the tools necessary for various processes using its SODIK A320D wire-cut EDM machine.
